Appalled at the level of customer service at Argos Oban store. I purchased a new vacuum yesterday which is obviously faulty. Took it back today however the staff and management were very dismissive and refused to refund or replace. I would not recommend Argos and will not be returning
Monday 8 June you delivered me a Normandy 5 draw chest. In final assembly we realised that the top had "drop" damage. No luck at all on chat lines re. Covid too busy!
In the end wrote to Argos head office enclosing a receipt plus photo of corner damage. Still no reply. This not like Argos and I am now getting so fed up with this "no customer care line free to help"
Everything cannot be blamed on Covid, where can I speak to someone please who will help me. All your Argos stores are still closed too.

What has happened Argos? Your customer service used to be excellent. Now it's virtually impossible to get to speak to a human and when I did finally get through to someone they were totally powerless to help.
Excellent service, quick and easy. The delivery drivers were really helpful and pleasant
From ordering on line to getting messages to say the items were ready to pick up and then the excellent service at Sainsbury six fields says well done.
Fast and efficient service. The shark cleaner was the best cleaner that I have ever had.
I am partially satisfied with your service however it takes too long to get the order you have placed and sometimes you don’t get the order at the time you are promised. Once I was told that my order will be delivered that day from 2:00pm to 6pm and I waited for too long, when contacted they said that they just cannot do the delivery until the next 40 hours. It was really a shameful experience.
I found the Argos website very easy to navigate it leads to a huge variety of products which are not only modern but also are value for money. The order process is straight forward,the delivery service is efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I have tried ordering goods via Argos on several occasions over the past 12 months. The website offers options to purchase goods but when selected you are informed they are not in stock or cannot be delivered or collected. What is the point? I shall avoid using them again and will revert to Amazon!
It seems everything you want to order from argos isn't in stock ranging from garden boxes to joypads.

Clothing was delayed and wasn't informed so a present was late for it occasion.
